  • Inductee into the World Swing Dance Council’s National Hall of Fame (’04)
  • Inductee into the California Swing Dance Hall of Fame (’06)

Kelly has been a judge and a Chief Judge on the national swing dance scene for over 25 years and has been actively teaching West Coast Swing full time in the SF Bay Area for 38 years. Kelly was also the event director for Swing Break, a convention that offered the first gender-neutral competitions on the West Coast in 1999.
