Hotel Overview

Easter Swing is held at the Hyatt Regency Bellevue. Set 5 blocks from Highway 405, this upscale high-rise hotel is 20 minutes from downtown Seattle. The event space consists of two floors of spacious ballrooms for competitions and workshops. The main ballroom upstairs features free coffee (Laurbucks), a stretching/foam rolling space, a bar during late night social dancing, and a small floor on the side for practicing or just escaping the crowds. The hotel contains several restaurants in the lobby and is located in downtown Bellevue, with a large variety of food options within walking distance.

For those staying at the hotel, suites with pull-out couches are available to reduce cost for those sharing rooms. Rooms sell out fast, so reserve your spot in our room block as soon as it opens.

Free Parking

Parking is free for all Easter Swing attendees. Anytime your vehicle leaves the parking lot between 8pm and 5am, no additional action is required.

If you are leaving between 5am – 8pm, Monday – Friday, please see the Registration Desk for a parking pass. Starting Friday night at 8 pm through Monday morning at 5 am, the gates are open and you do not have to worry about having a pass.

Late Check-out

The Hyatt Regency Bellevue offers Easter Swing attendees on Sunday and Monday.  Please note that it will be based on availability and what they are able to accommodate.  You will need to let the Front Desk know when you check-in as this will help them to manage their housekeeping staffing for the checkout days.  If you let them know during your stay or on the day they checkout, it will be based on availability of what they can accommodate.  The rates are:
